The Psychology behind a Thriving Team
This workshop is designed to build mindfulness and reflection for each team member in cultivating a harmonious workplace culture. Leading Others through Change
This workshop takes leaders through the steps required to ensure a smooth transition. We look at Bridges Change model as well as the Transtheoretical Behaviour model which provides an understanding of the staged approach required for a successful embedment. Includes hands-on activities for leaders to collaborate with one another in devising the roll out plan.
